Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the People's Republic of China will enter into force on May 29, 2018. The text of the  Agreement was published in the "Official Gazette of BiH - International Treaties", No. 3/18 of April 27, 2018.

The agreement was signed in Budapest, on  November 27, 2017 and the same stipulates that the nationals of the Contracting Parties, holders of valid ordinary passports, are exempt from the obligation to obtain visas for entry, exit, stay or transit through the territory of the other Contracting Party during periods of residence for ninety (90) days in any period of one hundred and eighty (180 ) days which involves taking into account the period of one hundred and eighty days (180)  preceding each day of residence.
